We are on a mission to help ordinary people have an extraordinary encounter with God every day of the week. Millions of people are stepping away from traditional Sunday-Only worship experiences to find an everyday Jesus that is relevant for everyday life.

In 2019, we noticed many of our hard-core Christian friends were staying home on Sundays and opting to watch church online daily throughout the week. It was the beginning of a massive shift that we knew was about to flip the script on how people experienced “church” today.

Coming from a decade of corporate experience in the telecommunications and technology industries, we saw an impending revolution about to occur, and we wanted to give our lives to the effort of helping support what God was doing. As we poured through the New Testament, what we saw was something entirely different than we were experiencing in the Western world. We were hungering for something more than Sunday services, and we went on a mission to find it. And we did.

Isaiah 43:9 - Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?

At first, home church or daily home gatherings seemed awkward. Could baptizing people in swimming pools, creeks, and bathtubs be as holy as a big building with lights and music? We were so used to significant worship experiences, lights, staging, big screens and highly staged messages that we wondered if God would still show up in homes and small groups as He did in the Bible.  But when we began to remove the external motivational factors and simply pursue intimacy with Christ, something remarkable started to happen. MIRACLES, SIGNS, AND WONDERS began to break out in our gatherings and through our online videos.

We continued to encourage people to enjoy the big group Sunday settings but not to forsake the assembly of the saints, which should be more like a large open conversation of teaching, testimonies, and intimate transformation.  

EMnation was birthed to help raise up and equip everyday people to reflect an every day Jesus at work, in their homes, at the coffee shop, in grocery stores and wherever community happens daily. Instead of using our worship times for evangelism, we encourage people to evangelize the marketplace DAILY and then encourage new believers to come to our home churches to grow, mature and engage in intimate fellowship with other believers.

1 Corinthians 12:27-31 (MSG)- You are Christ’s body—that’s who you are! You must never forget this. Only as you accept your part of that body does your “part” mean anything. You’re familiar with some of the parts that God has formed in his church, which is his “body”…But it’s obvious by now, isn’t it, that Christ’s church is a complete Body.

YOU are the House of God, the Temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are here to help you open your heart’s doors to the community around you.  Together, we make up the Church, which is the complete Body of Christ in unity, working together in all things.
